Position Title: Advisor to the Wellspring Academy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise the Wellspring Academy Board in
- Growth of the school from grade 5 to secondary school (financial viability, policy requirements, infrastructure and material requirements etc…)

- Ground work for introducing International Baccalaureate, Cambridge or other appropriate International academic accreditation (research, preparation for decision making, strategizing development of required standards, facilities and finance.

The Wellspring Academy is a dynamic Rwandan school currently offering a quality Christian education to 300 students in K-5.

Job Description
Teachers must have a minimum of one year of ESL teaching experience.Teachers or tutors deliver classes to young adults at a nursing college in a rural village. The classes are provided within the classroom setting and will be taught in a small groups.
Typical activities include:
planning, preparing and delivering lessons and workshops for groups and individuals
designing and producing teaching materials
carrying out assessments of students' needs
planning schemes of work
assessing students' progress
attending team meetings
attending and contributing to training sessions
providing mainstream language support
collaborating with class and subject teachers
cooperating with bilingual classroom assistants
advising colleagues
preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises
helping to draft and review institutional policies relating to the education of students with English as a second or additional language
