Eagle's Nest Christian School is situated on the Cape Flats (sand dune area) in an informal settlement of extremely poor people. Presently the school caters for pre-school age students, but due to increasing pressure and demand for good education, the school plans to increase the grade offerings over the next few years. Due to the harsh and dangerous conditions in the area, the school consists of a few portable buildings so they can be moved when necessary.
